Join us as Chefs Pat Howard and Nick Faucher bring to life an authentic five-course Bistro Dinner. A bistro in its original incarnation is a small restaurant serving French home-style cooking in a casual setting. French cuisine has evolved a great deal through centuries and there are few places in the world where the ingredients and preparation of a meal takes on more significance. The BirchTree culinary staff share the believe that the foundation of a great meal comes from both high-quality ingredients and meticulous preparation. 

This will be a multi-course epicurean event and a night not to be missed. This event is $80 per person including wine pairings, tax and gratuity. 

Grab your gals and come out for a night of shopping, pizza, drinks, and sweet treats! Make your way through the lobby with local makers and a wine bar provided by 90+ Cellars. Visit all of the shops in our building and then join us for pizza and drinks! Sparkle will also be set up in BirchTree with a flower pop-up so you can grab some flowers for your Valentine.

We’re excited to pair up with Timberyard Brewing Co. to celebrate their finely crafted beers paired with five delicious courses created by Chef Rob Fecteau and his culinary team. This dinner party falls on Jerry Garcia’s birthday. There will be some special songs to fill the air, good vibes, good company, good food and good beer. 

Chef Rob will be preparing 5 delicious courses using locally sourced ingredients at the peak of the Spring season. Each course will be paired with a seasonal beverage using local spirits, beer, and wine. $90 per person all inclusive.
