Join us as Chefs Pat Howard and Nick Faucher bring to life an authentic five-course Bistro Dinner. A bistro in its original incarnation is a small restaurant serving French home-style cooking in a casual setting. French cuisine has evolved a great deal through centuries and there are few places in the world where the ingredients and preparation of a meal takes on more significance. The BirchTree culinary staff share the believe that the foundation of a great meal comes from both high-quality ingredients and meticulous preparation.
This will be a multi-course epicurean event and a night not to be missed. This event is $80 per person including wine pairings, tax and gratuity.
